Michael far exceeded our expectations! He made the entire process seem effortless. Our condo was listed and sold in under 60 days! We were up North when an inspection issue arose (polybutylene piping leaks) that could have derailed the sale or at the very least, delayed settlement.  We were at home in Bethany Beach Delaware when the buyers’ inspection discovered the issue.  Michael previously worked in project management in the oil business, and he handled everything on our behalf, including plumbing company selection, following the piping retrofit process (with photo updates emailed to us) and we settled on time.
